Parking Terms and Conditions
- To enter the parking facility, approach the gate with your SmartTag in the upper or lower windshield of the driver side. Do not remove it from the windshield or wave it back and forth, as it may not be read properly. It is important to wait for the gate to go down from the previous car before approaching the gate for entry. If the SmartTag is valid, the gate will open to allow you entrance.
- To exit the parking facility, drive to either exit; and approach the gate with your SmartTag appropriately displayed in the driver’s windshield. If it is valid, the gate will go up for you to exit. Please use caution when exiting.
- NOTICE: The garage access system is “anti-pass back” enabled. The card reader changes the mode of the SmartTag each time it is used. After using the card to enter the garage, it must be used next to exit before it will become valid to again open the entrance gate. Conversely, when it is used to exit, it must be used to enter before it can again be used to exit.
- If the SmartTag does not allow entrance, press the Help button on the intercom for assistance.
- If you use your card out of sequence, and your card is locked out, you will be required to pay to exit.
- Upon completion of the New Parker form via SmartPark, which must be authorized by your designated office representative you will be issued a SmartTag. This card is not transferable from person to person. When you are no longer authorized access to the facility, the card should be returned to Highwoods Properties.
- Visitor tickets for parking shall not be used by Tenants in lieu of an access card. In the event Tenant uses a visitor ticket for garage parking, such ticket shall be billed to Tenant at the face rate of the ticket via the validation website.
- Keep access cards out of the sun and excess heat to prevent damage.
- Loss or theft of access cards must be reported to Highwoods Properties immediately. Lost or damaged access cards will incur a fee of $25.00 per card.
- Cars must be parked entirely within the stall lines painted on the floor, and only compact cars may be parked in areas reserved for compact cars.
- All directional signs and arrows must be observed.
- The speed limit shall be 5 miles per hour.
- Where zone parking is applicable, vehicles must be parked in their designated zones.
- Spaces reserved for handicapped parking must be used only by vehicles displaying a current permit for such use.
- Parking is prohibited in all areas not expressly designated for parking, including without limitation: areas not striped for parking, ramps, aisles, loading zones, and areas where “no parking” signs are posted.
- No allowance is made in billing for time not used. Payments due for monthly parking shall be made on or before the 1st of each month. Parking rates for each space are subject to annual increases.

The operator and owner of the facility are not responsible, nor do they assume nor shall they at any time be liable for any and all damages by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any personal property or contents of vehicles parked at this site.
